Great rifle. I really like mine, but it is a 45-70. All you need to do is get rid of those scope bases?? I would also suggest a leather rap around pad. I have no idea why they put those crescent butt plates on those babies. I found a red Winchester pad and put it on mine. The gunsmith did a great job.
