RE: Vermont or New Hampshire
Lots of moose in both states but I think the harvest percentage is higher in NH. Not sure which area has the better chance of a NR draw. In Vermont after the draw they have a blind bid for 5 tags. The highest 5 get the tags. If you have the money that might be a way to go. I think the cheapest winning bid was 2 or 3 grand but not sure.
