I'm not a reloader, does hornady publish what powder they use etc....? or is that part of the kept secret?

If they do then that eliminates one place to look, if not, patented formulas etc......which create more power is one part of the equation.

one idea i have is if they use spherical powder, mayb emixing different size of spherical to creat less empty spaces......VOLUMEvoids.....but if that were the case I suppose yo ucan just take a part a round and discorver that.

I'm guessing they compress power to its limit maybe? and have a proprietary powder formula....
