Rick is a dang good shot--not the most talkative guy you'll ever meet, but he can shoot a bow.

The feather on the nose thing is just another way to be consistent, which is the key to good shooting. I went to a 3-point anchor some time ago (not with the feather though--seems that would be distracting to me) and it sure helped.
