RE: fixing decoys?
I use Scotch foam mounting tape. It' s sticky on both sides and really sticks well. I carry about 6" of it when hunting it makes a good permanate repair. Can get it a Wal-Mart in the craft dept, they also have foam glue there, but I havent tried it. No mess with the tape.
