ok ok...it was my first flintlock kill...had 2 yearlings running right at me...figured both would been does...buttons are usually alone from my expirience...KAPOW!! smoke cleared...he was down for the count..turned out to be a button buck...no regrets...he was delicious...and his hide will look awesome on my wall...

i'll get around to becoming a buck hunter sooner or later...dad loves venison...i was never picky and we usually dropped the first legal deer that we didnt think was a BB and celebrate...
