In my younger years I would agree with you , but now that I can not see without my glasses YOU are being far too narrow minded some of us older hunters need to have a scope on our rifles to see well enough for a clean kill And since I have been hunting I do not like to wound any game . So as far as this Kansas hunter goes I vote for the scopes.
