I'd clean them up just so you don't get the rest of your hunting clothes, hands, truck, etc. all smelling like gas. I don't think it would bother the turkeys much however...as Mouthcaller said "if they could smell you'd never kill one". The only thing I would be worried about would be if you had a nice bird coming in and a deer showed up, and caught wind of your dekes, and snorted and spooked, in turn spooking the bird.
