Default A turkey's nose

I am getting all my stuff ready for the first day of spring gobbler season and was wondering if a turkey uses his sense of smell as much as they do their sight and hearing. My decoys have been stored in my barn, with smells of gasoline, etc.

Should I air them out, or does it really matter?
