Here is IBO for your draw, for a GTO.

28'' 70 lbs 314-324 FPS
28'' 60(peak) lbs 310-320 FPS

Like I said on the phone something does not jive. GTO does not seem to hit the high end of IBO like 82nd, but it hits the low end.
