RE: Triple Seven Magnums?
My understanding was.. many people that shoot pellets found their rifles likes two pellets of the old Triple Se7en but not three. They wanted just that little bit more punch. Also you will note many loose powder shooters often like charges of 110-120 grains in their magnum rifles.. Well the new magnum pellets are the answer. It gives them just that little more punch they wanted, and is about like shooting 120 grains of loose powder.
Before, some people were moving to the 30 grain pellets and shooting four of them with good results. Others were doing two 50's and one 30. So to end all the need for the different sizes, this was a solution. I have never shot them. I have shot the old 50 grain Triple Se7en pellets and had good results, but normally I shoot loose... Unless I find them on sale I will probably never shoot the pellets again. They have increased in price around here to $30.00 a box, and that's just not cost effective for the way I shoot.
