RE: The bow arm
Never thought of it, but I noticed I shoot best when I do not think of my release. When i start trying to get a smoother release, I tend to have bad shots. I guess its because I think of it and in trying to make it better, I change it. So it always comes out bad. If im not thinking about the release, I go back to doing it the way ive done it for years, which is more consistant. I tend to focuse more on brace hand push to the target, and back tension. That is when I get my best shots.
