That is why they call it an average.
To me it is weird because when stocks go on sale i.e. the market is down a lot of people want to sell. When the market goes upmore people want to buy. If you do that you are buying when it is high and selling it low. I agree, just ride it out and let it do its thing. Wow, Inever thought I would talk money on a hunting board.
The sad reality is you need money to hunt nowadays.
