would definitely look into montana region SE, i thinks it 7, block management is a terrific program, the landowners/ranchers let you hunt on their land, on average 5,000-10,000 acres, and you'll probably be the only party hunting on a given day. goats everywhere-- my son and I took two nice bucks on first day. hats off to MT for a great program, keeping public hunting alive and well.
