A standard 1 in 10 twist .243winwill shoot any95 or 100 gain huntingbullet out there. If you wanted to load Berger VLD's or some other custom, very long, aerodynamic bullet then you may need a faster twist. But for bullets like speer, sierra, nosler, hornady, etc... a standard 1-10 barrel will do just fine.
