Depending upon the age of your equipment, your string could be stretching and causing your peep to rotate more than it should. You might need a new string/cable.
P.S. Beware of users on this site trying to sell you products with no written warranty. It happens all to often. When something does go wrong, then they are either hard to get a hold of it takes them weeks to get the piece of equipment repaired and back to you.
I agree with Greg.Try to swing everything around and install both your loop and peep properly. You shouldn't have to compensate for improperly placed equipment.
