Well, I think it has gotten a little out of hand. I mean not just on the site, but the entire lure of deer hunting. I mean, there are some chest thumpers on here, or those that need to be stroked, but mostly I see it on tv and mags. people that pay big bucks to hold some bone that they had no previous connection with. I mean every deer I have killed has some connection to me or importance, they were all in Va, they were all within 20 minutes of home, they were all killed and shared with friends. Not killed 3 states over on some leased property that an outfitter has and I never scouted or even cared to scout. It just is rediculous. I mean guys want to be apart of some frat of big buck killers and they will pay for it. Or worse, some guys want to become MATURE buck hunters and killers over night. It's like if you kill a big buck you're in and if you don't you're not. I have killed several big bucks and many of you know this,.... SO what? Doesn't make me a better hunter than Schultzy or Mean or anyone on here for that matter. I mean I read some of these Mature buck threads and it's like total puke for me. I respect many on here and their achievements are impressive, but don't exclude guys who have not done this and/or even care too. I don't want to read about someone bragging about what they have killed over and over again. Show us and get ya props and let it go!!
