Just remember when dealing with flat head screws,that it doesn't take much torque to tighten the screws.If you overtighten them,they will lock up and be very hard to remove if you need to.

Also,don't tighten 1 all the way down without making sure both are aligned first.Just barely snug one,then the other 1and then tighten both.
