I went out today and looked at kelly road in DPCA and the Desplains over by big basin and they are not too high and are semi clear. I am gonna try to shoot some carp tomorrow prolly on the river but if i dont get any i am gonna go to DPCA. So to all the guys up north the water is open and starting to clear up. so hopefully i will see some of ya out there. i am planning on making a trip down south next weekend but don't know where yet. so if anyone wants to get together and shoot some carp let me know.
