True enough about the woodland bou having smaller racks than the baron ground variety. All the racks that I have seen taken in the 3 years I went there were pretty nice. I doubt that there is abetter lookingbou than the woodland caribou. Their huge bodies and white shaggy mane topped with thick dark brown antlers are visible for miles. They make quite picture when you see them up close. I can tell you this.... from a table fare point of view they are delicious.
