I tried it years ago when I actually counted on papertuning as a useful tool but it's kind of tough to read the hole when both the head and fletch are tearing the paper.

Shoot a group of field points then shoot a group of tuned broadheads (aligning fletch with blades does absolutely nothing by the way). If they aren't hitting in the same place make very small rest adjustments to move the broadhead group toward the field point group and repeat until the two groups impact the same point.
