RE: 45 ACP ammo prob
This is the first time I've heard of such a thing with factory ammo. It happens with reloaded ammo now and then and is best cured by running the ammo through a taper crimp die.
I would suggest you not shoot it either as the farther you shove a bullet in the case, the more it raises your pressure when fired. Contact Remington. I think they will be VERY glad to relieve you of this ammo and replace it. Something is wrong and they will want to separate you from this pronto. Give them the lot # etc off the box when you call.
