I have the $50 version and love it. No problems with it. The more expensive ones have the lock down technology (which is supposed to lock the launcher down onthe shot preventing any bounce back, however, I've never had any problems with bounce back with the cheaper rest). The more expensive ones are also constructed a little bit more solid, and they do come with a LIFETIME warranty. The cheaper one does not.
