Due to extremely muddy conditions, the WA State Bird challenge that was scheduled for April 5 & 6 has been changed to May 3 & 4. These events will be held at Burlington Ranch ( www.burlingtonranch.com ) which is 50 miles North of Spokane, near the town of Chewelah.

In order to accumulate points (to get invited to the more "big time" events) you need to join the National Bird Dog Challenge Association. It's only $35 a year. You can join at www.nbdca.com Many of the Challenges are shown on The Outdoor Channel.
