In WY I had 3 tags for my bull, one for the head, one for the meat and one stayed with the carcus. In PA we have an ear tag, some states have check stations, some do not, some call them in, we send in report cards. Every state is different.
3 tags for one bull, thats crazy, it better have been a nice one for that kind of money
