The wilderness/outfitter rules really stink in Wyo! I can camp, hike, fish in a wilderness area without a guide... but I can't hunt? Ridiculous! As far as I know, wyoming may be the only state with these rules?
Yeah, that really sucks! Doesn't make any sense to me either... I believe the only state that has comparable limitations is Alaska (just for certain species)....
