That shot is a solid shot. I would want the arrow placed there if that was the quartering too side. The angle of the deer looks a little deceiving. To drill double lung, I would think that the arrow would need to hit just a tad higer. Depending on the angle of the exit hole, it would be quite possible that the heart got hit. As far as double lung vs heart shot, I prefer the double lung, the larger animals 1,000 lbs and up seem to drop much faster with a lung hit even though both shots spell impending doom!!!
