The wind just amplifies the importance of good form and especially good bone to bone contact in the shoulders(shoulder load as I like to call it)
I agree totally and even more important is shot execution. Don't think you can snap shoot in the wind. If you concentrate your spot and apply back tension you'll be surprised how often your arrow hits your mark when your pins are not there whent he bow goes off.

Also, I've already shot in such a strong wind that it pushes the arrow. In a very strong cross wind we'd aim into the wind slightly. Meaning if the wind was blowing from the ass to the head of the target, I had to aim just off the ten ring towards the rear and the arrow was pushed into the ring. Now we're talking more than 20 mph.

The umberella is also a great idea, looks ridiculous but you'd be surprised.
