I took a walk this morning with the crow call and heard two different gobblers. I believe the time is hear in Western MD for the birds to start changing feeding patterns which puts themcloser towhere I hunt. One bird I heard wasroostingin an area where birds have roosted in the past. I will continue to listen close to home in the am and pm and venture out overEasterweekend to expand my listening area. My gun ispatterened and my vest is packed. All I need is to practice my calls more, scout, and wait for April 18.
