I don't know why a bow company should be held to any different standardthan the aforementioned.
I think the difference is, those are "mass market items" for most of the market (people), very recognizable to all people, with a bow company - it is not a mass market item. not 10% of the people who would see the advert. would know what it was, the ones that do Great for them, but the mass majority will not. So in my opinion would be a waste of revenue dollars for a bow company which should be spending that on R&D.
