You're missing the point. The disclosure of information is a means to an end. It is a way to see if a company is raking its distributors, and customers over the coals, or if they are making an honest buck.
That's crap. If you don't get the information you think you deserve from a company.....walk away. It's crap you think you somehow "deserve" this, though.
You have no dog in this fight, so why are you so fired up that he picked Bowtech to start making his point with? Unless you just realized you overpaid for your bow and now aren't happy about it.
Fine. Let's make it about GT arrows......and I damned sure am not worried about whether I paid too much for something after the fact. I'm extremely happy with my purchases......or I wouldn't have purchased them. I also hope the companies I purchased from made a profit. I'd like for them to be around next time I need something.
And Fran....when you're comapring those two bows......note that you probably don't have a damned clue.....like a LOT of other HCA owners.....what kind of "Custom" string is on your bow. What's up with that?????
And I am SO glad you mentioned Exxon. "Record Windfall PRofits"? Did they mention whether that was before or after expenditures? How much tax they pay the government? How much they needed to put back to pay ridiculous fines and settle ridiculous lawsuits? Percentage-wise......they made less profit than your local grocer, probably. Your Exxon argument tells me one thing, though.......when Novemeber rolls around....I have no troubles guessing which lever you pull in the voting booth.....lol.
