What your draw length measures on YOU and exactly what it measures on the bow is very frequently different. I have measured folks at 28" only to find that they need a 30" (listed) draw in X brand of bow. Just like shoes seem to run tight or large in different brands, bows seem to be the same. I asked, and subsequently learned, on a thread about a year ago that there is no set industry standard for taking draw length on a bow. All you can do is get measured and fool with it a bit until it fits you. Thats where pro bow techs make their dollar.
