I always try to find those buck trails, but have never been able to put together the conclusive evidence that you have. I have always found heavy doe trails and then looked for lighter trails that parallel the heavy trail and eventually intersect usually close to a food source. Sometimes this theory works out, sometimes it doesn't.

It looks like you've got a pretty good place to hang a stand there now.
