After you receive the emails and then post them do you email the HNI Visitor to tell them where their anonymous thread is located? What % of the time does the HNI Visitor ever email you a second time with any indication of receiving any benefit? In your personal estimation, what % of these HNI Vistors are children? Does the HNI staff ever create HNI Visitor threads just to get things going when the boards are slow?

Your question may be debatable but has some strong and valid aspects which should not be just lightly brushed aside. Part of helping someone is knowing you' ve helped them and seeing the comprehension in their following replies. How does one know if the time and effort spent to compose an articulate response ever reaches its intended audience and that the originator of the thread really " gets it" if there is no feedback from the other end? Seems a little bit voyeur-like to me.
