I explained this to M/Hensler PA on Saturday, his low anchor (Low Peep) caused us to move the sight window well low and I explained to him, for me, the peep would need to come up which in turn would bring the POI up as well.
I explained to him that on a 3D course, fix pin shooters are not allowed to move their sights but if POI was low or high you could tweak your peep to bring the bow in.
Matt (RJ) had a good little quiz there as well. If you even consider the thought, or imagine it, as the sight bar comes in, you need to hold it higher, POI raises.
Okay, on the lines of this thinking,
If you bring your sight bar in with a group of pins, does your pin gap grow or shrink? Again us that know, don't answer.
So am I included in the little group of know it all's?[8D]

Of course I know the answer but I have shot 3-D's a bunch as well as work in a pro shop and hung out in them many years before I worked there. So I don't know if I am overely qualified to answer your question or not?
