Default RE: Turkey choke for a MOssberg 500?

I am new to this but have 2 boxes of shells to start with... they are both Remington Premier High Velocity Magnum copper plated buffered turkey loads. I have a box of #4's and a box of #5's and plan on trying them both to check pattern, but I wanted to start with something tighter than my Mossberg issued full choke.
Below is a link to a line of tubes carried by Cabelas ... I was looking at the Carlson's in either Turkey Super Full or Turkey Extra Fullunless anybody here thinks I should stay away from these particular chokes.
Like I said I'm new to this so am just looking for some general direction before I go out and burn up some ammo and targets patterning my Mossberg.
