No the way he put it was way out of line , no two ways about it. If he doesnt want to even try to help then he shouldnt even bother to make comments like he did. Say what you want but the way his comment came out he acted like a #@$%

In all honesty, I agree with Swampcollie, BG apoligized for the way it would sound, and may be right, he may need to see his local bowshop if he isn't exactly sure what is causing this. I also agree that a picture or two is definitely needed.

Can you adjust the tension of your rest, or LOCK it in the upright position. This is one of the CON'S of prong rests that sometimes you have to toy with a lot of things to figure out WHAT really is the problem, then find out it was weak spring tension causing much of your difficulty. But you can also have that tension too tight, so it's a little trial and error, but I've found less problems with the tension being too tight than being too weak. The other thing that may be possible is contact. I've found that the HIGH profile of BLAZER's makes for a less than optimal match up with a NAP QT1000 rest, and this is exactly what I had happening.
