Right now I am running 2.5mi Mon/Wed/Fri outside with hills. (Started sprinting the hills which SUCKS!

)
Then strength training Tues, Thursday for about 45 minutes.(push-ups, pull ups, curls, dips, abs, heavy bag etc etc)
I take off the weekends but keep a pretty strict diet.
Start over on Monday.
The Mountain Bike is getting an overhaul as well to start hitting the trails on some weekends with a little less impact on the knees.
Can't wait to start some swimming too! Yeehaw! Cannonball!![8D]
