I got your request for a bear hunt over bait. I had it all lined up for a guy from Ill. that is where I want to hunt. I am not either a rich person who is willing to spend alot of money on this. I could possibly swing a plane ticket to ill. for a bow hunt, I would almost drive it to bring back the meat. I have an older cousin that I have hunted with for years, and could include him if you needed a hunt for two in exchange. What I can offer in return...A baited active bear hunt in maine. One bait site is a lot of work, two sites would be a stretch! Its alot of food. It is easy to get a bear to feed there when you are not there. Not so when you are. Ive done it a few times. I can offer a camper-very nice if you can offer lodging also. A place to sleep/shower is all we'dneed. The reason I would do this is, one I want to hunt ill.!!!, and if you cancel out, last minute, I will have a baited stand to hunt....I really can't loose totally, but I do need a commitment, I will buy a plane ticket possibly.
