I would just decide which piece of property has the most potential, and concentrate the majority of my time on that ground.
I believe this is your anwser. I am guessing the idea of you managing your herd at home was to increase the trophy potential of that ground. If the new piece has better potential, hunt it. I mean I have projects at work, but if someone offered me a better job, more money, you bet I would be gone.
