A 4 pt rule?? What excactly you talkin, a western count 4 on one side or 4 total pts. I guess it doenst matter much cuz both laws are litterally pointlest because there is tons of 1 1/2 year old deer that meet both requirements. Also yeah I agree it shouldn't be a law even though I'm all about management cuz meat hunters shold be allowed to shoot what they want. WCL
