I live in Southern Oregon where there is a huge cougar pop problem. But with all the laws you can't use dogs or E-callers for cougar. In this case how would you call a cougar?

My questions include:

How long should I call for a cat.

Should I hunt from a stand to keep scent high and conceal myself.

What mouth call should I use. (deer, elk, rabbit etc??)

Would a decoy be advised or not... thanks!
