Default Fletching jigs(types)

Thinking about trying to do my own arrows and have been looking into getting a jig. Right now, according to my shop, I'm shooting ACCs with a right offset fletch(not sure of the degree, not much though). Looking at jigs, mainly the Bitz, I only see straight or helical, nothing that says anything about offset or degrees of offset. Is there a difference or is helical just another name for offset?
