i am getting new arrows for my new bow, i found out that i need to have my arrows at 27 inches for the right spine, and i shoot 125 grain BH, i figured out my FOC it is 14.17% so what does that mean?



Edit: crap i forgot to add the weight of the insert does anyone know how much a easton st epic insert weighs?
