Dkbs-the .460 WILL shoot the .454 casull and the .45 colt(.45lc),as they are simply shorter cases. The .45acp(automatic colt pistol) round is different from .45 colt,rimless,and was designed for the 1911 pistol,however with another cylinder or moon clips can be used in .45 colt revolvers that are specificallydesigned revolvers ONLY.
