Actually the cap tin is about an inch and a half in diameter... this might put the Pyrodex RS group more in perspective. My biggest problem was grabbing the correct jug of powder. I had both jugs out on the bench and found myself cross loading from time to time in the groups. But it all worked out.

This rifle has a fixed mounted 1X scope. I think I will pick up a couple sets of Warne QD rings, and then change them over. Also get a new 2-7 for this rifle and see if it is as accurate as I suspect with a good power scope on it. That way I can change between the 1X and the multi power scope. I want to try some long range shooting with this rifle.
