Default RE: My thoughts on leasing

In case someone missed this:
Where I am from it is not so much farm country as timber. The timber companies have everything they own leased pretty much. I for one think it SUCKS! I know the reason it is the way it is though and it will never change, it will only get worse. Can you say "GREED". The rich want to get richer. And this is not to say everyone should not desire a more comfortable living, but hey, how much do you "really" need to make a living. Let's face it we are living in a world full of greedy folks. Everyone "wants" more than what they have. The farmers want something for nothing, so they lease land that they own and already pay for through farming. The timber companies lease land that they own already and replant and make beaucoup profits from. It's all just "extra money" to these folks. I will some up my thoughts like this. If you own land and "need" more money to live, lease it. If you are just doing it to make yourself rich, then you will answer for your actions one day.

This is THE root of (my guess) 80% of all leasing issues. Everyone knows this, but few have the nads to admit it.
