lets throw this into the mix, some farmers/land ownwers are tired of irresponsiple people falling out of there trees and getting hurt, because they didnt have a safety harness, in return this hurt person that lived decided that he will sue the farmer/land ownerand collect cash because its somehow is the farmers fault he got hurt [&:]< let it be said, he may have been tresspassing as well. now the farmer decides to lease his land and throw in a contract and insurance coverage (yes my lease has this) it has guidelines like wearing harneses, using bought stands, no homemade stands, no building permanent stands in his stand of hardwood (ruined trees) so now he is also covered from said incidents, and has made some money as well. anyone think of that??
No most just think of ourselves, this is America
LCC I agree completely with you. If we took HCH view we could just delete the ethics thread that is 30 pages
