I could only see one hole in that argument, those other recreational activities don't include the use of a firearm or bow, in public. Other than that....
Skeet shooting requires using a weapon in public, so does 3d shoots or even indoor ranges.....where does it end? Should the state mandate that everyone who does anything remotely dangerous or have any history of danger involved in what they do be trained, tested and authorized to participate in what they want to do?
At what point did the land of the "Free" and home of the "Brave" become land of the "licensed, tested, mandated" and home of the "fearfull of what might happen".
