Hey, Gutshot. In June around here it' s typically pretty hot, and the past few years it' s been pretty dry. But if a storm or rain does happen to come while you' re out there, GET OFF THE LAKE! That thing is a beast. I' ve never been out into the middle of the lake before, but I' ve been on one of the piers when a storm was coming in and the waves were almost crashing over the top of the pier. I can only imagine how it is out farther. As far as fish there' s loads of different kinds: walleyes, pike, bass, perch, and trout. Probably a few more I haven' t thought of. You can get fishin reports for the lake from the DNR website
